The other two sites I visited looking for flowers had exorbitant fees in addition to the price of the flowers I selected. They led you to believe the vase was included as it was pictured but instead they charged an additional $6.99 for it and you didn't find that out until the last page just before confirming your order. They also added $19.99 for handling, and an additional $10 for something...tax I think?...anyway...instead of spending $29.99 like I thought I would, they increased it to $78.75! Ridiculous! So obviously I did NOT buy from either site. I got exactly what I thought I was getting when I ordered from your site...the vase was included, just like it appeared in the picture, and you didn't add anything to the price except the handling/delivery fee which was more than I expected, but acceptable nonetheless, so thank you for being honest, forthright and not misleading your customers.
Price selection was good and I also liked the email I received with free shipping after I did not continue with my order.

I ordered flowers for my two married daughters. Delivery date was very good.
Not only was I on hold for over 15 minutes just trying to get a real person but I was then transferred 9 times before someone actually spoke to me. I was told my bank needed verification and I'd have to call them them fax something over to the financial dept. I couldn't pay with a different method or cancel the order. So I just placed my order again using a different method of payment and that transaction went well. The person I spoke to in finance was not helpful, kind or understanding. She actually chuckled when she said she couldn't cancel the order. Very poor customer service across the board. However, my second order went smoothly and the delivery was on time and as described. So I am happy with the fulfillment of my order.
Service/Handling fee almost made me not want to purchase my order but I understand why it's so expensive so I still ordered. Also, I called customer service a few times and they handled everything very professionally and courteously. The first time was to change the date of my order. The second time was when the recipient didn't receive the flowers. The florist delivered to the wrong house on the new delivery day but made sure to deliver first thing today, to the correct address. The third time was to update the contact information on the order which I forgot to do on the previous call. The flowers arrived this morning and the arrangement wasn't like the one I had ordered online. Even though I would have liked that specific one, the one that was delivered was still very beautiful so I'm happy with it. I appreciate the customer service through this site and the florist.
Very easy and great prices, but I paid extra for expedited. According to your website, that meant my flowers would be delivered by Noon in the recipient's time zone. They were not delivered until after 2pm
You need a way to go back to your order and edit it incase you want to change something. Which I did but could not do that so I'm paying for something that I didn't want

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
