Flowers were not as full as they appeared on the photo. And looked like certain flowers were missing.
The last gift I sent was beautiful according to the recipient. This time I sent flowers for the birth of a baby boy. The flowers were nice, but the stuffed bear wasn't very good for the extra money I paid. The bear was supposed to have a big blue bow on it, but it did not. A small, almost pink bow was attached.

Beautiful flowers. Just a few suggestions I believe should be included at the beginning of placing order. Ad indicates flowers would be delivered same day. But doesn't mention about additional price until in process of ordering. If zip code were asked at the beginning before selecting flowers and providing other information time wouldn't be wasted to find out that the location requires a more expensive order to be delivered at that location. Or it should let you change the flower selection but keep all other information so that it doesn't have to be entered again.
The flowers are for our 42nd anniversary, and my wife simply Loved it says it was Beautiful. Thanks so much, I was especially pleased with the Fast service, once again THANKS

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
