Those surprise handling fees are very disappointing.
As a follow up, I tried contacting the site and was auto-responded that my inquiry would be replied to within one hour. I never received a response. And the delivery notification never updated on the website when I checked status. I was trying to change the delivery date from same day to next day as the recipient left her place of business (delivery address) several hours early. I was unable to make a change to the order and got stuck with expedited fees. Not terribly impressed with the service and the price was loads more than I would have paid if I had just stuck to a local florist. Lesson learned.

Two bunches of flowers sent to two different locations... one delivery was exactly as expected & very pleasing. The other delivery was disappointing, much smaller than anticipated, a completely different pose to what I expected.

I placed an order for my friend's birthday with same day delivery. Almost 24 hours later I had to contact customer service to see if the order was ever delivered. Now I understand that there are situations where the homeowner isn't home etc. however, I received an email confirming that the delivery was completed the same day when it clearly was not.

I had to spoil my surprise and reach out to my friend to see if she had received a package - she had not prior to going out to lunch, but upon her return to her home, she saw the flowers at her door.

Why would the vendor state their delivery was completed the same day when it wasn't. I am not pleased.

Well the order was not anything close to the picture you have on your website. My daughter sent me a pic of the flowers and they were not even close. I even ordered the premium to get more and it looks more like the basic but definitely not the premium.

SO far the ease of ordering has been great we will see if the gift is delivered correctly.

Ok the planter was delivered in a timely fashion however it was suppose to be a" Butterfly arrangement" order and there was no Butterfly in the order however it was on the picture not sure why? But its OK it was just a symbol of meaning to the person who received it.

It was good until at the end it says check this box if you do not want a magazine subscription. If I didn't notice that I would have been forced into a subscription I didn't want or need. That should be taken off your site.
