I paid the extra 5 dollars to have the order delivered by noon and that did not happen. I did receive a phone call warning me about it so that is a plus but still should not be charged for it if it didn't happen. The flowers looked good but not as full as the picture depicted even though I paid extra for the deluxe which claims it is as close to the picture as possible. I expected more colorful fillers. The actual flowers looked beautiful though. All in all this was basically what I expected to occur.
It was affordable and love the same day shipping along with all the beautiful arrangements.

I am confused with the credits that you give and then the price of the flowers. It appears the credit is deducted yet the price at check out is different. I think you discounts are confusing.
If the florist updated delivery before 6pm that would be great.

I paid extra to have flowers delivered yesterday but they still hadn't receive them when I was there this morning. I did receive an email saying they were delivered after I left

Flowers were supposed to arrive on Saturday as a surprise to my wife. Some one called and told her that the driver got in a car wreck and would not be able to deliver on Saturday. My wife asked how about Sunday delivery. The person said yes, and called her on Sunday to say she could not deliver. I was pretty upset Sunday night and called the number of the person who was contacting my wife. No Answer and No Follow up. I tried to call youflowers on Monday morning with no response from your help desk at all. I finally gave up and hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes. The flowers finally showed up on Monday afternoon, which was the same day i got back from my trip. Wooo hooo what a surprise. I will NEVER use you guys again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
