I should have read the reviews before ordering from them but I didn't... Ordered Valentine flowers to be delivered... they never were... After about 5 emails I finally got a phone call at 10pm to tell me that the florist was out of flowers... Really? The girl I spoke with told me she couldn't understand why I was freaking out and that she would refund me my money... We'll see... I have reported them to the BBB and stopped payment on my card... Apparently they pry on people who order flowers for funerals that wouldn't have a clue if the flowers were delivered or not... I just happen to be one that sat at work til 10 pm waiting on flowers to be delivered... Such a scam!

I bought the rose/calla lily bouquet with the chocolate and bear. Paid the extra money to get it the next day which i did not. When my package did arrive it was in complete disarray. When i unveiled the flowers themselves they looked terrible. The roses were half dead much of the leaves already gone and black tinges around the blooms themselves. The calla lilies, the most important part for my girlfriend were smashed together so bad they left a fold line in the plants. None of them bloomed and again has signs of dying already when they just arrived. The chocolate they had packaged in with the set was busted open and all over the box i had to put it back together. 4 small pieces for 9.99 was also a joke. The card you get is also lacking to say the least. Its not a true card. But just printer paper with some generic picture on the front. Overall i am not satisfied with my experience or the product i recieved. The drastic difference between the picture and what arrived left me infuriated as soon as i opened the box, and now 3 days later its even worse. After all the proper care of following the instructions given i cant save them. What i had hoped to be a pleasant surprise and celebration is now just a "well they arent that bad" quote from my girlfriend.

Convenience of Amazon payments is great. UPS for shipments? AWFUL. UPS' Bronx driver literally forgot to take my package with him/her, and marked it as "refused by recipient" on their tracking status. It was supposed to be a surprise, but my fiancée had to urge them to redeliver it that day instead of their plan of letting the flowers wilt until FOUR DAYS LATER. Nothing against From You Flowers, but their use of UPS means I'm not going to order here ever again.

I paid extra to get the flowers there in the 4 hour time frame. This did not happen. The flowers were beautiful. But I just can't seem to get past that i paid extra fro delivery service and did not get what I paid for.

My order was supposed to arrive before noon. I paid the extra money and ordered it 2 days prior. The flowers arrived late, after my girlfriend left work. Luckily someone was able to bring them to her home for her. Already talked to customer service and was compensated.

The flowers that your website advertises on your website is not even close to the product you actually received. It is false advertising. I made this purchase specifically because of the design and color of the flowers I had chosen. When I received the flowers, they were completely different, did not look like a premium (in which I had purchased) option, and barely had any flowers. I had them re deliver the product and I still was not satisfied with the product I received specially for the price I paid ($80). I would never purchase from this site nor will I recommend "From your flowers" to anyone. Very unsatisfied with the product and the advertising of your flower options. Not worth the price. Next time, I will go directly to a florist instead of using your website.
