The flowers were perfect...however, I ordered this item mainly based on the beautiful blue vase which brought out the blue in the flowers & is the favorite color of the person I sent them to! Flowers were delivered in a clear vase with a blue ribbon which changed the overall concept. The arrangement is not called beautiful in blue for nothing...I was not pleased.
I also paid for expedited delivery and the order was not received until late afternoon; luckily the person I sent them to had not left for the day!
I know you have no control over the florists that you use but I think you should let them know when a customer orders a particular arrangement it's for a reason & they should try their best to send exactly what is ordered or at least contact the person who placed the order to give them options.

Flowers are awesome!
The flowers arrived on time. Wife loved them. She sent me a picture and one of the roses are wilted pretty bad today. That was upsetting that they all didn't last at least a couple of days...
The only negative thing was the lack of items available to the area I am sending the gift to. The person I sent the flowers to said the roses were lovely but that there was very little Baby's Breath in the arrangement, hardly enough to matter.
It is always very good and when there is a mistake you always fix it certainly love the flowers for valentines day

I ordered a peace lily plant as a sympathy tribute. When I saw it at the service it did not look like the represented picture. There was no bow and no butterfly as shown online. It was disappointing not to receive what I thought I was ordering. The plant itself was beautiful. Don't know if I would trust another order with you if it is not what I think I'm ordering. :(
