Well this is the third time that I tried a flower delivery service. You are the first time I tried this one. Flowers are dead they look cheap and yes they were not that expensive but after delivery charges and taxes I still paid $70. For the flowers that I received I do not wish to ever use you again thank you

Great product, good pricing. Was not happy to get to the checkout and discover there were additional fees tacked on to include a small box of chocolates with one of my orders, and removing those chocolates required having repeat the process of entering all the delivery information again. Other than that, I was satisfied.

All the filler flowers were cut to less than half the height of the main flowers (tulips and sunflowers) and were taped into the bouquet. They weren't even long enough to reach into the water. And then less than 72 hours later, the flowers were dead, withered and crunchy, including the un-blossomed ones. And the stems that were long enough to reach the water were mushy and rotten. Huge disappointed, will never be buying again, especially with how expensive the arrangements were.
What I really liked about the flower delivery, is that they came from a reputable local florist, already assembled and looking great.
Disappointed I received sympathy flowered in the smaller versions than what I paid for. Very embarrassed when I saw them at the funeral. CLEARLY not what was shown. Ordered two arrangements, which were made by two different shops. One had an illegible hand written note that looked like a 5 year old printed it. The other was typed.
There are three levels of quality for each arrangement. The SHOWN is the mid level, which I chose. One delivered as the lower option. The other, with the handwritten note, was far LESS than the lower option. It was very embarrassing. I have purchased from here before and the recipients said the flowers were very nice. This is the first time I actually got to SEE what was sent. BEWARE, I don't think you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, most times you never get to see what was sent so they get away with sending a lesser product. So sad to have to deal with this at a sad time.
