The flowers arrived dead!
I have sent more than several bouquets this past year to my mother who is in a nursing home and she loves them. I sent her flowers after my dad's death and I had to go back home out of state, sent her flowers when she had to sell her home because there was no one to take care of it, and flowers when I have to leave her after a trip, and flowers for Christmas and just any occasion. She calls me and describes each flower in detail each time. She was especially thrilled with the Valentine's flowers last week. She said how nicely the delivery man set them up in the vase and was very impressed. Thank you for brightening my mom's dreary days!

Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. I also paid for the medium chocolate box and received a small box with 5 pieces of chocolate.
I ordered premium flowers and received the middle grade at best. We called the 1800 number and received a reasonable compensation.
