The product came in a box, my thoughts were that it was going be delivered exactly as it was showing in the picture. Next time please make a comment about it.
Local florist delivered a completely wrong flower order. After speaking with them, they didn't have the color flowers I ordered and had to substitute. Second delivery was prompt. Flowers were very nice though.
My wife greatly appreciated the fact that the driver didn't just ring the doorbell and leave the flowers on the step. He actually wished her a happy Valentines Day by name! Kudos.
I was extremely pleased. The bouquet was exactly what I ordered. I am a bit concerned though that the morning the bouquet was delivered, the temperature was in the minus area and windy. The bouquet is already starting to look at bit freeze burned but we'll have to see. I know the weather is unpredictable but maybe a call could give one the option of waiting until the temperature is a bit better. Hard to do I know so it's just a thought.

I asked for a complete refund, and I was granted one. I sent pictures into your company of the roses that I received that were frozen solid, roses that were drooping, dead looking, and brown leaves in some sections. The lady responded back that they will be fine in two or three days. Well give me a link to send you some pictures of what they look like now. You should seriously consider not sending roses out to customers that sit on a UPS truck all day in freezing temperatures. It was an extreme disappointment. I will not ever buy flowers online again.
There was no mention of a service charge until the end. Price of everything should be displayed up front, not sneaky.
I am very pleased after receiving the flowers. My gf loves them. The bouquet is very full, the flowers look and smell great. Very happy with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
