I have always been a firm believer that you should receive what is advertised in the picture. I can firmly say i did not. Overall i am not incredibly disappointed with the price and delivery time. But the picture is basically like a fast food commercial. Beautiful and full in the commercial but flat in real life. Luckily it is based on taste rather than appearance and the lady friend loved the flowers. Overall experience 3 of 5 stars.

The quality of the flowers my girlfriend received were great. Unfortunately, I can't say the service was on the same level of greatness. At first my girlfriend received her flowers but it was ONLY her flowers... then about a half hour later, the delivery person returned with the teddy bear & chocolates. I appreciate the effort the delivery person had in returning however my girlfriend still didn't receive the balloon that was supposed to come with this order. On top of that, the poem I had entered for her card was cut off so it didn't make sense, if there was a character limit for the card the website should have so. After this experience I can't say I'd be willing to use this services again nor recommending them.

My daughter recently relocated to Austin, TX and we wanted to make her first Valentine's Day on her own special. After looking at the prices national companies wanted to charge for delivery, we decided to look for a local florist. We were delighted to find reasonable prices and nicer arrangements on fromyouflowers.com. Our daughter received her flowers as promised and we were notified via email when they were delivered. We are more than pleased with the level of service we have received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
