The flowers were delivered on the wrong date, a month early but after I informed you, the customer service immediately apologized and noticed on the form that a mistake was made. I got the flowers delivered free of charge a second time a month later. It was easy and quick and everything went fine. Only the surprise was ruined. But still the service was great!

You like to do everything ala cart. I don't like that. When you show the price it should include everything. I started my order and I stopped once I saw the additional fee's. Once I stopped the order they came back with an Email offering me free shipping. I reluctantly went ahead and placed my order. The product was good.
