I have ordered from you before but your website would not recognize my email and/or log-in (even though you send me emails constantly). I tried to call in for assistance and spoke to the least helpful person possible. I was therefore unable to use credits/discounts I received from previous purchases.

Each time I have ordered from your company the shipment was either delivered one day late or at the last possible delivery time.
This is the second order I have had delivered. First order was delivered already put together in the vase very nice. This order my wife had to arrange in the vase cause it was sent in a box. I was very disappointed cause who wants their wife receiving the flowers at work in a f-ing box. Really! If they cannot be delivered arranged then ill use a local florist!

The real product was nothing as one picked from photo online. I you have your name representing those flowers, double check the florist you deal with. 2 strikes. Won't be a third one. Thanks.
