A little pricey even with a discount
The Roses showed up on time, however, they were damaged. They were dried out and falling apart. I had to rescue them just get them presentable.
I went and found another dozen roses from a local florist, and hand carried them to my beautiful woman.

The flowers were in terrible shape and I was quite embarrassed giving them to my wife.
The flowers were beautiful and my friends loved them. However, one of the deliveries was at 3:30pm and I wanted it to be earlier in the day. When I sent an email to inquire, I didn't receive a response until the following day, which is basically futile. Luckily it was delivered, but had it not arrived, a response the following day would not have been helpful.

Flowers were sub par
It sure didn't look like what I ordered. It came in a box. It's my fault for not really thinking. I'm no florest so I tryed my best to make it look like the picture but failed miserably. My wife had tons of grace and said it was the thought that counts. I'm going back to my local florist who does a better job than me.
It did come on time and the roses are pretty on their own but I can't buy online again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
