Easy to order and lots of choices.
Everytime I tried to checkout, kept adding teddy bear or some other item. Said free delivery, yet I am paying the extra $4.99 because of Valentine Day. At one point, it was $39.99 now $49.99 for the same arrangement. If it was not for my son ordering these I would have gone elsewhere
I ordered the most expensive of the choices and both of the bouquets were a HUGE disappointment! Very unhappy :(
Actually size of the bear was so different, I wanted big like on the site, But it's small. Really i am not happy with you did.
At least the experience of ordering it's simple, delivery was sharp but, the flower arragement didn't quite look like in the Internet. Pretty but not beautiful.

Flowers were 2 days late. The delivery person then presented wilted flowers that had been obviously sitting for 2days or more. At our insistence they were replaced by fresh flowers delivered later the same day. Next time I will purchase elsewhere.
