The delivery charge Jack's up the price alot. That should be upfront not after you input all your information. I only finished the order because I'm laid up and cant get out to take a gift. RIP off that I started at 31.99 but ended up spending 50+. The process was easy the shipping ridiculous just be honest and put that up front. My aunt sent a pick thanking me.fornthe flowers they look nothing like what I ordered but she enjoyed them. I can send pics if needed.
I pray they get what I ordered because she is terminally I wanted to surprise them. The recipient loved the flowers and indicated the delivery person kept his distance and had gloves and a mask on, so that was a plus. One of the flowers that was on the arraignment I chose was changed to a different one but I guess with the challenges all businesses are having at this moment, that is the least of my worries. The flowers in the picture looked amazing. When the flowers arrived, they were different that the picture, and the vaze was empty compared to the picture. I don't know if I'll ever order flowers from this website, since I was disappointed on my first try.

I expected the more from the Premium order. There were 3 sunflowers and 3 Rose's with a few wild flowers. Based on the picture and price I am not sure this was the Premium. Very questionable. Will not purchase again.

The flowers were fresh and in good shape, however the arrangements seemed a bit on the small size. I will say that the site was easy to use and the same day feature was great and they did a great job of getting my order to the person in a VERY prompt way! If I'm honest, i was a little disappointed, in the size, as it was a gift for a friend who just lost her father, but it's a pandemic and things can't always be what they were. I will use the service again, for out of town needs, but I will probably stick with my neighborhood florist for my usual orders.
