I am very disappointed - the photo of the flowers that I ordered is TOTALLY different than what was received! What was received did not look like the money I paid for the Pink Petals Boquet. Even the vase was different - it was suppose to be PINK!
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary, she received the flowers. She loved them, I will definitely order for every holiday or special occasions, although it's kind of pricey but its definitely worth it.
Ordering went smooth. Everything is straight forward and they delivery anywhere. My niece was happy with her flowers.

I love the convince of being able to order flowers online and get them delivered next day when in a Jam. Hoping my flowers would look like the picture I ordered from. The flowers I received today are a disappointment! My roses are not fresh and are wilted on the edges. Some of the others flowers are broken. The size was not what I selected. They are not full like the picture at all. I Should have gone to a local flower shop and pay the high end internet prices at least I would know I'm getting the correct size. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from this site again. If you like I can email pictures to show you the sad delivery I received today.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
