Quick and easy to place my order. However, this is the second time I've ordered from this site and neither time did the arrangement match the online display/description. This time there was no pink vase, red roses or pink spray roses. Instead it was a clear vase with hot pink roses instead of red. Very disappointed! What shop doesn't have red roses valentine weekend?

Terrible! The flowers arrived in VERY POOR condition. When I called your customer service number, they offered and gave me a measley 20% off (initially only 15%, I had to beg!)...I received 6 bucks back on a 50 dollar order! Oh yes, you did give me a 20.00 certificate to spend on flowers in the future on YOUR company... I should have demanded a full refund, but I didn't feel like fighting this at the moment...although I was not offered that option by your customer service rep.
Sadly, I wonder if your business will survive, I wonder how often this happens, UPS shipping of flowers from a warehouse hundreds of miles away, instead of from a local florist, really?! Don't count on me recommending you to anyone...very disappointing.

I'll know better when I see the delivery, but as of right now, I am VERY impressed.

The delivery time, the notifications, the packaging - all of these were very impressive.

The quality of the roses, however, is disappointing. Three of the 12 roses were dead two days after delivery. The others are looking OK, but not strong; not really good.

I buy a LOT of flowers over the year - anniversary, birthdays, Valentine's Day. The prices from the places I usually buy are getting too high, so thought I'd try your site this year. Everything looked promising, but if the flowers are only going to last a couple of days? I'd rather spend the extra money and have them last closer to a week.
