The order i received for Valentine's Day was the complete wrong order! When I called, the woman didn't even offer me a refund, she told me she would give me 50% off my "wrong order"! To make it even worse, the roses I received were of the worst quality I have ever seen (stems broken, edging of the roses brown and dead looking). This order was special and I put a lot of thought into what I purchased. To watch my girlfriend open up, not only something I never ordered, but to receive poor quality, 1/2 dead flowers... I was in tears. I would never order from this place ever again... I will pay the extra money and order locally.

I've ordered the roses many weeks ahead. The roses weren't as fresh and we're kind of old. There was even a lot of baby's breath to fill the vase. This was the horrible type of arrangement for the price I paid. I could have bought roses from the corner of the street for $20 and looked so much better than the one you provided.

Very disappointed with the entire product in general. When I unboxed the flowers 2 of the only 5 roses were dead. The customized picture vase is very misleading. The picture is on paper just tossed in vase. My wife was very disappointed when I handed her dead roses. I'll never buy from you again, and I'll be sure to advise my family and friends not to either. Totally ruined my valentibe, thanks.
The flowers look great the first day but didn't last long
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
