Terrible experience. I paid with Paypal, then have to fill in other forms. THe WORST EXPERIENCE EVER is that at the very end you add $14.99 in handling.
Flowers were delivered in a timely fashion, but some of the flowers had freezer burn, and what was delivered did not match the picture. A new bouquest was sent a couple of days later, again with a different amount of flowers than the picture, and different from the first flowers.
Not really what I was hoping to experience. Did not seem ready for Valentine's Day volumes...

I will say, in the future, after I placed more order I was added to your e-mail list. I received an e-mail to purchase flowers for Valentine's Day for a "lady." Or some female specific pronoun. Not that it is anyone's business but I do not date women. I would be more conscientious and thoughtful in the future when sending such presumptuous sales e-mails. It actually made me think twice if I would order from your company again. Which obviously isn't the point of your sales e-mail AND when I already had such a good experience why tarnish it later with that e-mail? Just some food for thought!

I paid a lot of money for these flowers and they came hours late I almost missed the delivery man because I was about to leave for work. My flowers were small and browning. I had wanted a bouquet of lavender and purple lilies and all I got was green leaves that were browning and four purple dying flowers. I am so disappointed and angry. I want my money back. I paid for the deluxe flowers, didn't get it, paid to have my flowers deviled before 12, didn't come until almost 4pm. Just please give me my money back.

My sweetheart was surprised and delighted when she opened the box. The 12 roses arrived in excellent condition and opened beautifully.
The picture showed sunflowers but the actual delivery did not have sunflowers. It was still pretty and I'm Happy.

This was for my husband. Half of the roses were tea roses, very small. Despite recutting and giving them flower food, they wilted completely within 24 hours.
Everything regarding the order process and delivery was good. The price and quality of the items could be have been a little better (probably would have valued my item $5 less and included a few more chocolates).

It wasn't as hard as I thought. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE FLOWER AND THE SIZE AND THE BALLON WHERE MORE LIKE MY SON WOULD GIVE TO HIS GIRLFRIEND. FIRST TIME BUYING ON LINE AND IT WILL BE THE LAST.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
