The pictures of the bouquets are beautiful. What was delivered was a far cry from what I ordered on 2 seperate occasions this happened to me. The prices are reasonable but not for the poor looking bouquets I received! This is the 3rd time I tried to give them another chance. Well 3 strikes you're out! I cancelled my future order for a birthday bouquet and ordered from another co. With whom I've never had problems with and was refunded my shipping the one time they were unable to deliver on that day. You not only sent the worst looking bouquet but the replacement bouquet was delivered a day later than promised and I have not heard from you since. I would not recommend buying anything from you flowers! This was the worst co. I have ever dealt with!

It was a quick process for sure. However, I was not able to see the details of what I was ordering - the size and the exact contents of the product. No explanation of what the deluxe or regular meant was available. Also, the handling charges were ridiculously high. I ended up paying double the advertised price for the bouquet. I was in a bind and had to do this quickly but will likely not use this service and site again.

Ordered roses that came with a vase and chocolates. They were to be delivered on Tuesday. They showed up on Wednesday with no vase or chocolates. Called them, and they said there was nothing they could do. So i called my bank and had the charges reversed. Fromyouflowers will NOT get paid! These people are MORONS! I also called the BBB(better business bureau). The woman i spoke with told me they are investigating this company because of the endless calls they receive about the deceptive practices. I hope this company goes out of business. If i could rate it with 0 stars, i would.
The order arrived at the right day and time, but it wasn´t as shown in the picture, it was supposed to be pink lillies, pink roses and other flowers, and it was white lilllies, pink roses and the rest of bouquet with green leaves to make it look full. The real bouquet wasn´t like the one they show in the picture, even though I payed for the Deluxe one.
You have beautiful choices, but very expensive delivery svc & NO promotions for first time buyers. Thank you though for having beautiful arrangements.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
