The flowers I got last week were great
It's very nice and cost effective here, however I wish there were pictures of the different sizes of each option so that I know exactly what I'm sending to someone.

Every time I tried to use discount card "CARD $15, the website reset like I had done nothing. I finally ordered without discount card out of frustration. I ordered these for my mother-in-law. She said they beautiful. She hadn't opened the candy yet. As long as she was happy, I am happy. This isn't the first time I've used your service, and it wont be the last.
Until they're delivered and I can know more, I'm very satisfied thus far.
The shopping part is easy! I just hope it gets delivered as promised as last year the recipient didn't receive their order. I had to make numerous phone calls to get the order delivered and it was a day late!

I was disappointed at the size of the arrangement that was delivered to my mother for her birthday as it was quite a bit smaller than what the picture showed on the website.
The flowers I ordered were for Valentine's Day and were meant to be a surprise. They were delivered a week early so the surprise part was blown and when I called to inform of the error they sent someone back to the house and took the incorrect order back.
Would like option of not having vase.
Did not like that the handling fees were not disclosed till the final order screen.
It's was really great. Delivery on time and the gift was similar as the picture that they show in the website. Thanks guys:-)

Just as an update -
We got a report back that the flowers delivered were really nice.
I think maybe advising the price of the arrangements (plus service charge) might avoid surprise at check out. The $39 arrangement ended up at $77.00 - which is a lot of surcharging. I took off the "rush" service but kept "same day" - don't think it would have mattered much - and then made sure I got the $9.00 discount - which I thought I was getting to begin with but it somehow didn't carry through to checkout.
All and all, I was happy with the product and the price - and delivery went very well.
As for "checking out the local florists" as a reason for the service fee - I have to assume that's part of the standard service and if you get complaints, that provider would be dropped.

Flowers were pink not red, however they were delivered during the time span given which I truly appreciated.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
