The gift was for my 4 yr old niece in Florida after breaking her arm. She was so excited when the teddy bear arrived! The bear is of great quality, and so cute! Thank you!
Told to expect delivery on a certain day and did not receive until 4 days later! Was not notified and if I had not called I would not have even known shipment was delayed!
When we ordered the flowers it said that they would be delivered in the A.M. and they were not delivered until around 4:30P.M. We do like the service and have used it before and were completely satisfied. We will use the service in the future. Jim & Kay

I am resubmitting my rating. You do not deserve a 4. You use my feedback given right after checkout as your overall rating before the product was even received. Yes ordering was easy and I was happy there was an option to add a mylar balloon -not all offer this. HOWEVER, I am RESUBMITTING my rating because you have to give each service a low star in order to get the true rating you want to give the company. Why I am rating low is because, again:
One day after I ordered, (I spoke to soon) after raving about the added options on your sight, of being able to add balloons - My Aunt informed me there was no happy birthday balloon -which was my whole point of using your sight. She moved out of state away from the rest of the family and this was a big event -turning 75 y.o. I was surprised and pleased that it arrived early but this did not override my complete disappointed, not to mention I paid extra for something not delivered. I spent a lot of time online searching for a site that allowed adding this balloon to my order -I would have went with a different company. I will be calling for my money back. Will I use again, I doubt it this was a huge let down.

I am so sorry but I am once again complaining and i'm usually not the type to complain, I promise! I wanted a certain flower arrangement for my mom with pinks and purples thats the order I clicked on for her. When I went to her house to see the beauty in person, the flowers were red roses and white lilies? I wasn't going to say or write anything because I had already complained about the delivery fee being so last minute in the checkout process (which was patiently explained to me this is done because prices vary for certain customers and their locations). But, yeah, I didn't want to say anything but thought I better, so your service can be improved.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
