I ordered at 10 am with expedited shipping and the flowers weren't delivered at 2 pm. I had to call to find out where they were and was was told that the florist was in my general area. I asked for the refund of expedited shipping and was told it would be credited sometime over the next 3 weeks. The flowers didn't come until after 3:30 p.m.
This was the third issue I have had -- I am a very dissatisfied customer!
My delivery did not arrive until 6:30 pm, the balloon said congrats when it was my anniversary and the bear was sub par for 20.00. Overall I spent 100.00 and the flowers were pretty but that was about all.

Even if they could not guarantee same day they offered a bigger arrangement and discount on next order. THis is my 2nd time ordering from them because of that.
You need to be more upfront about the service fee. That doesn't show until right before I click submit order. I was under the impression it was the cost of the flowers +2.99 and then at the end you tag on a $15 service fee. That's very misleading.
The flowers were more white/pink than the pink/purple in the photo. Thankfully my niece still loved them.

Quick and easy, I was a tad disappointed to not get the alphabet block as this was for a new baby and I wanted her to have that as a keepsake, instead she got a plain glass block which was pretty but not as nice for a keepsake!

On day 3 het flowers were dying. Very embarrasing considering that a local grocery chain HEB guarantees their roses & flowers for 7 days. I've been a loyal customer.

My boyfriend received the order as a present and send me some pictures. Balloons were not well inflated, and where like "old" without glow. I didn't like it, not as I expected.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
