Arrangement was incomplete. Items delivered were very different from what was posted online. I did received a $15.00 gift certificate and was told I will receive reimbursement for the items that were missing.
The flowers I ordered were not the same flowers that were delivered and I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 12:00pm and they weren't delivered until a little bit before 4:00pm. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the way the flowers looked. I upgraded my order to be nicer and I don't feel they did that. I don't think I will be ordering for them next time! I expected more and they flowers they used were the cheaper ones. I ordered he growers choice thinking they would know how to make a beautiful bouquet. It looked like I put it together.

You advertise your competitive pricing, display discounts all the way through the checkout process...until the last page, where a $15 service charge is added right before you complete the purchase. It may work, people may still place the order, but it's deceptive and dishonest. So 1 star.

Pricing starts out fairly reasonable, but then by the time you get to "all the extras", it gets rather pricey. But, I do appreciate the convenience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
