The price seems too high, the handling fees should be a part of COGS and you must inform of the a c t u a l price upfront. Otherwise, the service was good. However, it waas not different from the other companies that I used before.
The site itself is great as far as the service I paid extra for before 12pm delivery and it showed up at 430pm not anywhere near what I ordered but that is not the sites fault it was the third party flower shop they got to deliver the flowers. After speaking with a for you flowers rep they discounted my order took off the extra fees and were very helpful. But as far as the third party florest ill never go through them the flowers were wilted and it was a majority greenery. Overall the site is ok

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
