I live in the UK and buy flowers from you each year for my goddaughter's birthday. Last year she told m it was the most magnificent bouquet she had ever seen (but I wasnt to let on to her husband!). This year she has again sent me a photo of her flowers and they are beautiful with the happy birthday balloon really adding to them. Also, your customer service is excellent. Thank You
I order all my flowers from you. I have always been satisfied and everyone I send flowers to have loved them. These latest flowers I ordered were delivered to my daughter-in-law for a promotion she just received at work.
The flowers were for my sister who lives in another state. She was very surprised and quite pleased. I have asked her to take a photo so I can get to see them. Thank you for your morning service as promised.

The only thing I did not particularly care for was that fact that the floral arrangement I was sending was a surprise gift for my mother's birthday. The instructions said to put my phone number in the contact info if this was the case, which I did. The store called my number to verify that someone was going to be home when they made the delivery. I had to explain 3 times to the associate that this was a surprise for my mother and that I listed my phone number so that she wouldn't know it was coming. The associate seemed confused, and finally said that they would try to make the delivery. They ended up leaving a note because no one was at the house when they arrived. It wasn't as much of a surprise at that point, but the the flowers came out beautifully.

Love how quick and easy this is! Huge bummer that he had already left for the day (on a Friday) when his office called to let him know they were delivered. At least they sent a photo.: ( I will still use this service, but would've loved to know they weren't being delivered until late in the day.
