Frankly the flowers were smaller than the photo would have suggested and it was intermixed with carnations which was a surprise (I thought it was all roses).

I ordered same day flowers and paid the extra expense for that. The flowers were never delivered. The following day I called to inquire, the customer service representative called the florist to figure out the problem. They didn't have the specific flowers I had ordered. That was fine I told them to just use comparable ones. I had originally ordered a mason jar vase. Customer service rep confirmed florist had that while I was on hold. Great! However, when they were delivered it was just an ordinary cheap vase, no mason jar. So I didn't get anything I originally ordered and flowers were a day late. The company compensated me $2.99 for the same day fee. Gee thanks! Will not use this company in the future!

I don't appreciate the $15 handling fee, which was hidden from me until near the end of check out. Better to just be up front and show this fee right away, with the cost of the flowers that were ordered.
