So disappointed with both products. The flowers delivered were not the size I ordered and paid for, nor was the cookie basket near as nice or as large as I purchased. Very poor selection of cookies, mostly grandmas cookies. Very common, I could have gone up to the corner gas station and purchased a much better selection of them for a heck of a lot less money. The 14.99 service charge is robbery on top of the products being the wrong size.
First time shopper with your company. It was easy to purchase item. I sent a beat and a baby girl balloon. A brown bear was shown in the picture but I was glad that's hey sent a pink hurts.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
