I always say "this is the last time I order through from you flowers!". I want to say I have said that roughly 4 times now. If I send flowers to friends in my area, I know who to use, my go to's. But when I send to people 70 miles away, I have no clue who to use, and no time to look, so I again today made the decision to give them another try. And they managed to make this THEE WORST arrangement I have seen ever! I could go to vons and spent 5 dollars and gotten a better arrangement! And I am unfortunately not exaggerating. I ordered the cheesy happy cup with all the happy flowers that go in the deluxe arrangement, a ballon and a bear. First off, they "forgot" to deliver the bear. But I doubt that. I think they think no one will know, and it's apparent by the lack of effort they put into recreating the arrangement. It was a small bunch of a few flowers and some huge leaves. And the base is a $#*!ty base that is not even slightly remotely what I ordered. In fact, the base it what sells that arrangement! It's a happy cup! Who the $#*! is gonna order that unless they specifically want that? And they put 2 roses and a sun flower and a Lilly. That's it, oh and the huge $#*! leaves which are so ridiculous! Any how, Dave your money and buy your loved one something somewhere else!

I ordered a bamboo plant for my husband's work. It showed up on time with a bamboo plant that didn't look at all like what I had ordered. It had a shiny pink(!) container delivered to a completely male employee group.
Very quick, efficient and pleasant.
I didn't like that it didn't come on the day it was supposed to come. I really wanted it to come on my boss's birthday. At least she liked it.
