Unfortunately, we have had to send four funeral arrangements this past year. The out-of-state recipients commented on the arrangements' size and aesthetics. The arrangement that was delivered today was to a local funeral home, so I had the opportunity to see the flowers in person. The arrangement was lovely and made other arrangements pale In quality.

The ordering process was totally fine for the most part. However I had a discount code I had paid for and was told to put it in the gift certificate spot in the order form. Apparently it didn't work. Now I have to commit to buying the gift but without the discount, which was the point. I wish your site would know to tell someone what went wrong with a discount.
