It was easy. I was told the flowers were beautiful, although I have not seen them. Delivery was fast, a few hours later I received a lovely call that they were perfect. I will use the service again.

I like that I was able to customize the order I wanted. I looked through various websites, both local and out of state, and wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted. My mom was SUPER excited with the delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
