You've got to be kidding me... I paid $55 for a 6 balloon bouquet. I feel so cheated! What a rip off! I could have went to the dollar store and spent $6... I will never use your company again! I would have expected so much more for the price I paid! COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED

Easy, reliable, & inexpensive...
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend Thursday morning hoping they would show up before 5pm on Friday. Her brother passed away unexpectedly less than a month ago and that Friday would have been his 20th birthday. So I was hoping the flowers would bring some brightness to a dark time for her. She was heading out of town that Friday at 5 pm. I assumed that they could get the flowers there before then. I spent $50 dollars and the price was irrelevant until the flowers didn't show up by that time and she never got to see them. So when she called me about how hard the day had been for her I was absolutely infuriated when I found out that the flowers didn't arrive in time. I called the contact number at 2 pm and they informed me the flowers were on the way. I called at 445pm and waited on the phone listening to a machine say "please wait" for 15 freaking minutes before hanging up. Unfortunately, all I can do is write this review but nothing will make up for the experience I've had.

Fast and easy ordering. Lovely flowers. I had ordered this for my elderly father to send to my mother for their anniversary as he is unable to get out to get any himself. Both my mother and father were pleased with the flowers and price!
Flowers were nice but a day late. They did follow up and took off the delivery charge.

Was very dissatisfied with the order I received for my daughter's birthday. The flowers were poorly organized. The flower arrangement was missing roses. It came in the wrong vase. The delivery was extremely late I had requested expedited. I called customer service. Spent 2 hours on and off the phone because I kept getting disconnected. Very disappointed in the price I paid for flowers so poorly organized missing the correct face being delivered late and missing flowers that should have been included in the arrangement for the price I paid. I contacted customer service as well including the flower arrangement and when I received. Very disappointed and embarrassed when I went to my daughters Work to see what she had received customer service only offered me expedited refund and then I complain they were offering additional 20% of the flower. At the end of the evening when I finally got off the phone I only receive 50% of the cost of the flowers which would have been $25 plus 4.99 expedited fee and the $10 gift certificate which I probably won't use because I won't order again.
The site is easy to use. I was the purchaser so I didn't actually see the flowers, but I saw a photo and they looked pretty. They were very much appreciated by the recipient. Delivery charges seemed a bit high but not prohibitive. The flowers were reasonably priced. I would definitely use the service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
