The flowers were very close to what was pictured. However, the sympathy card did NOT make it with the flowers. Recipient did not know who they were from & my condolences were missing. Disappointed.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from this site and I love how easy it is to shop, but when the flowers where delivered this time, they where not anything like what I ordered and I was not informed that there would be a substitute. I did call customer service and they are supposed to refund me 50% of my money back, because it was too late to have new ones delivered.

First time shopper. Will reply after delivery of gift
Delivery was not on time. I went on line the next day and noted the tracking stated "awaiting response from local florist." I was upset that I was guaranteed a 4 hr delivery time and had my son not contacted me, I would have not know the gift was not delivered. When I called I spoke with a representative and expressed that it is very poor customer service to send a request to a florist, then just "wait" for a response. When you have a "guaranteed" delivery time, you cannot afford to "wait" on a response. My daughter in law's gift was delivered the next day. I am not happy with this service and would probably not use this service again. Very poor customer service.

I was satisfied with the website purchase but I was not very satisfied with calling into Customer Service. I attempted to call on 5 different occasions and never go thru to a representative. I was on hold all 5 times, for lengthy times and never got through. I finally had to send an email and wait for a response that way. I felt like I wasted an entire day when I could have had the flowers delivered on the original requested day, had I been able to get through to a customer service rep. Very disappointed with the service.
In any event, my friend, the recipient did receive the flowers on her last day in the hospital so that was nice. I just felt that I paid the additional $14.99 service fee, for some type of service that I did not receive. And I think the website should be upfront about that additional fee. There was NO mention of it at all until you completed the checkout process, along with payment.
Seems pretty shady and certainly not valued at the $14.99 that was charged.

I have used fromyouflowers several times, I've never been disappointed with the product or service. However, on this occasion, my wife sent me a picture of her surprise flowers and they didn't really look like the bouquet I purchased. They seemed significantly smaller. They looked ok, but I wasn't very happy with it. It could have been the local florist used. Overall, fromyouflowers has never disappointed me, so I will give them another try and see how it goes.
