I was happy with the coupon that I had for the flowers. With it the price was very reasonable. I know the flowers were delivered but I haven't heard from the person who I sent the flowers to, but I'm sure they will be beautiful since I have used you before.

The timing was excellent. The flowers were not as the photo described. I paid for the most expensive flowers in this arrangement and the photo sent to me of the flowers received showed a very small arrangement. A little disappointed. But overall, a good experience.

Everything was fantastic, however I would have liked an e-mail with the time it was delivered and who signed for it.
I paid for the upgraded bouquet which said included more flowers but it didn't look like they added any. It looked like the standard bouquet. It was still pretty but I wouldn't have paid extra if it was going to look like the standard bouquet in the picture. I wanted a full array of flowers but received a barely full vase.

Updating since delivery: My friend sent me a photo of the flowers. They were pretty & she was pleased, but I was surprised that only three roses were used in a $50 arrangement. I would have liked 5-6 roses included for that price. But the ordering system and same-day delivery went smoothly, so that was a plus.

Flowers looked beautiful
The bouquet that I ordered and the bouquet that was received were not at all the same. The flower types and colors weren't even the same as the description. Although the bouquet was beautiful it was not what I had ordered.
So far it's been easy and great!
I was a little upset that i had paid for the flowers to be delivered before 3:00 and they didnt come until around 5pm. Other than that, my mom was pleased with the flowers i ordered and the customer srvice eam was great.
