I was disappointed that I placed the order on Saturday and it didn't show up until after 2pm on Monday. I assumed that it would be delivered in the morning.
Easy ordering, delivery was on time, but late in the day. Although, understandable since it was same day delivery.

Flowers arrived after noon, even though I paid extra. Bouquet looked standard, not deluxe. Not nearly as many roses and lilies as in pic on website. They were pretty though, and recipient liked them and sent me a photo.
This arrangement was ordered for my brother in law's funeral. I hesitated to order via a broker, but since you did allow me the option to upgrade the arrangement I proceeded with the order. What I received was nothing like I ordered, it didn't compare to the photo, it was VERY VERY SMALL, the flowers died within hours and the plants were in a very small basket. I clicked on deluxe, so if that was the deluxe, and that is what I get for nearly forty dollars, I would never use the site again. It was very embarrassing for my husband and myself. I wish I had gone directly to a florist.

I can't say what was received but hoping the balloons were good enough for my friend. Main problem is for me I was told via website I was getting them delivered yesterday (same day) and my friend told me he received them today. I even paid the extra $2.99 for same day delivery...so kinda disappointed in service. Luckily he did receive them.
Flowers looked great, would prefer earlier delivery time.

Overall I am happy with the experience and that is why I keep coming back... but I got a picture of the flowers that were delivered and I wasn't too thrilled about them. The flowers seemed droopy and not as big/vibrant as I thought they would look like.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
