Your site was easy to maneuver and discount was appreciated. Delivery time was great. The plants were very nice, too. I was disappointed that the plants came in a basket when I specifically ordered a glass dish. Baskets are a "dime a dozen" and I believe I should have been charged less for a basket.
I really enjoyed shopping. It was fast easy and very creativly fun. Although my delivery was not the day requested. It would have been fine if I was followed up with a warning that my flowers were to comenon another date. But because I was no aware I had a lot of issues followed with that. The flowers were beautiful, the sites fast and easy. But I'd say just get a little better with connecting with customers. But great job though. They really were beautiful.

I ordered flowers on Friday, Feb. 26,2016. The web site to Fromyourflowers.com stated that I would not have to pay for the service/handling fee. So I thought that was a good deal. The flowers I ordered showed a discounted price which was their pricing not something I chose. Also I needed the flowers delivered in the morning so the recipient could enjoy them all day at work. When I checked out I saw the $14.99 service/handling fee did not come off the bill. So I called immediately and they said since I got a discount on the flowers I could not have two discounts with the service/handling fee discount. It wasn't my choice to pick a lower price on flowers. That is the price shown on your web site so I said I would of picked the discounted service/handling fee for $14.99 instead of the $9.00 off the flowers. This would of saved me $15.00 not $9.00, but since I didn't have the choice of $9.00 off the flowers, I assumed you got to choose an extra discount. She said no. But after a bit of discussion she said she would take off $5.00 more. I thought okay, that equals my $15.00 discount. I also paid $5.00 more to expidite delivery. Then the day they were to be delivered, Monday, February 29,2016, the recipient had not received the flowers by 11:00. I called you and the florist said the flowers were in route. They had 6 orders to deliver. I thought well maybe by noon, then noon came, no flowers, then 1:00 came and no flowers. So I called you again and the florist said we would be the next stop. I said I had paid extra to have them delivered early so your rep. Said they would take the charge off. They were nice about it. The flowers came about 1:45 p.m. with a Birthday balloon. Which made me look stupid. This was a congratulations for a retirement which the card stated. So I called you again and they contacted the florist and said it was their mistake. Well I wasn't happy at all with all the delays and mistaken communications (price and all). So I asked that the service and handling fee be taken off since the service was not up to par. After much discussion the girl said she had taken the service/handling charge off (which at first she said they could not do) but finally said she had done it along with the $5.00 early delivery fee and I told her thanks, I appreciate it and she just said okay. No other sorry for your inconvenience or nothing. So I hope I see this go back into my checking from my check card. I will be contacting you if it doesn't come off the bill. I doubt if I will order again from you but I do appreciate getting the money credited back to me. My order number is *******. Please make sure I receive $14.99 service/handling and $4.99 expedited fee. Thank you Patti Young

The entire shopping experience was simple, streamlined, and well done.
However, I don't believe the quality is worth the price I paid. When choosing between regular, deluxe, and premium, I picked deluxe because the description is "Flowers will be arranged as similarly to our website picture as possible." Given that the picture on "You're In My Heart" features around two dozen flowers backed with a fair amount of greenery, that's what I assumed I would receive. Unfortunately, I received less than half of the flowers shown with little to no greenery present. If I had paid the Regular price, this is what I would have expected.
Frankly, the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the overall quality of the flowers is rather high. It's clear that they were taken care of and placed in the vase in a caring way. I just wish the descriptions on the website were a bit more honest. For quite a few hours I was left wondering if there had been a mistake and I had received a Regular size presentation instead of a Deluxe.
Good flowers, great delivery time, poor description of goods. I might consider ordering again, but only if it's an emergency.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
