The flowers were sent to my daughter in law, so I didn't have an experience that end. She seemed to like them a lot, and they arrived when they were supposed to.
The balloon color is supposed to be blue not yellow
What you pay for is not even close to what you receive. Nothing is guaranteed, absolutely nothing. Just be aware, do not use this company. I never have time to write review, but after this experience, I say I must write something, and I will always check reviews before I buy.
Early delivery was great! My daughter was very happy with balloons.
The flowers were delivered on time, however I was disappointed that I ordered a bouquet with lilies and didn't get one lily in it. My mom still loved her birthday flowers though and it still turned out lovely. Just wouldn't have paid what I did for it.

It was easy to use the site - my sister discribed the flower arrangement and it was what I expected - the delivery was timely - good experience.
Flowers were not delivered as promised...was then offered a free upgrade which we did not get...THEN the card was to and from the wrong people! So upset and will not likely use them again if they do not make it right...

Great, fast, efficient experience and my friends loved the flower arrangement. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that the flowers should arrive on Sunday ( while I paid extra), and they didn't arrive until Monday. Overall, great experience and I will use the service again!
The flowers I ordered looked exactly the way they did online. Ordering was an easy process and although the delivery was delayed one day, the company called me to let me know. I appreciated the communication.
Ordering was easy. Flowers arrived in timely fashion and were as pictured. I would use this service again.
I know I am paying for the convenience, but there was about $15-20 in candy for $40, so that was the least satisfying part of the equation. My daughter, however, is happy with her care package, so I am too.
