I don't like that I can't view the different sizes for the bouquets. Only a few choices allowed me to see the regular, premium, and deluxe pictures. Also, a description of the amount flowers in each bouquet would be helpful. The flowers were for my mom and they were beautiful. I think the flowers that arrived were bigger than the picture I chose so it looked different than what I chose online. It was beautiful though and she loved it!I ordered on Saturday night around 10 and she received then the next day by 6.

My order was suppose to arrive on Saturday, but it was delayed to Sunday. You upgraded me which I appreciate. However, I would have liked to have seen what the upgrade would have looked like (even an email showing me what the item would look like being shipped). On your website you show that there are different sizes, but when a size is selected the picture stays the same. There is no indication of the difference between the sizes except for the prices. A visual change corresponding with the price change would be extremely helpful. When one sends a gift... I dont want to have to ask the person what they received - I should already know from the pictures or information expressed to me.
Beautiful show of arrangements and easy ordering...but when I seen the arrangement, I was so embarrassed that my name and my sons name was on the sympathy card, pictures are deceiving, the vase was 1/4 full compared to the online arrangement. Very upset, should of asked for my money back!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
