Maybe this should be worded differently because I sent flowers, I didn't receive them.
My only real issue with your customer service is that they fill all the empty spaces in the conversation with useless words. Difficult to explain but an example might be "let me change screens and look at that" and then a bunch more words I couldn't even understand. They just filled up all the silence. They talked fast and didn't listen. I had to call because the cardholder, not me, needed a receipt emailed. They acted like this was a security issue. I asked them to email a receipt to the cardholder, not me. It took a long time to communicate that this was not a security issue. All because they talked and talked and didn't listen.
The flowers were absolutely perfect and beautiful! Delivery was a little later than expected and the price was a little high

I ordered theses flowers for my friend that was hosting a party at her house. The flowers arrived after we left so I never got to see them. I'm sure they were beautiful.
In fact I'm from EU, buying flowers for a dear one. The pricing is incredibly tricky and annoying. In EU we always have full price incl taxes and shipping visible. Here I had to go through the whole order to find out about addtional costs such as shipping and taxes.
Delivery fee in EU costs 3x less.
It's a stressful nightmare to order anything on such site, however I haven't found any other solution yet.
Also flowers seem to cost double to what is offered in EU

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
