Quick, easy. Didn't have to leave the house or talk to anyone.

I WAS TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY WOULD BE PRIOR TO 5 PM, IT ARRIVED WELL AFTER THAT, RUINED THE SURPRISE.

Even though I had ordered the 'Supreme' bouquet, I received the small one that was sparse and had some dying flowers. It was very disappointing. I contacted 'flowersforyou' and did receive an $8 refund but that didn't make up for the $20 upgrade I paid.

The checkout process is a bit frustrating

The checkout process is a bit frustrating. If you change your coupon code, you have to re-enter all your information. I had multiple coupon codes, and since of course you don't accept multiple codes per transaction, I ended up having to enter all my information including billing, shipping, etc. three or for times in order to find out which code ended up being the best deal.

The website I did not have any problems with

The website I did not have any problems with. I paid 14.99 shipping and handling for next day service, then I paid an additional 4.99 to have it delivered before Noon. I had to call at approximately 12:30 and spoke with someone at fromyouflowers and they contacted the florist to see what the hold up was. He stated he was on the way to the hospital to deliver to my sister and would be there in a few minutes. I gave an alternate address just in case it was a lot later and then it could go to her house as she was getting discharged later that afternoon. Well, he never showed or called up to the hospital. Finally around 2 pm my wife contact fromyouflowers and the florist had told fromyouflowers that my sister was being discharged, which was a lie because the doctor had not even gotten there yet to do any type of discharge paperwork. Once my sister got home she got the flowers, which the only thing even remotely similar to what I paid for was that it had a purple vase. I even paid $5 extra for a mylar Happy Birthday balloon and what showed up, a "Thinking of You" balloon. I do not know which florist they used in Round Rock, Texas, but I will not do business with fromyouflowers again if they continue to use that florist.

Once again, fromyouflowers, no issues, customer service was great. Whoever the florist was, a big fat zero.
