Well I ordered same day and didn't get it the same day eventhough I was well within the 4 hrs guarantee. Then when I sent a email (twice) I never got a response

THIS IS CONCERNING TO ME. I AM HAPPY THEY ARRIVED BEFORE CALLING HOURS BUT I PAID FOR AN ARRIVAL BY NOON.
Have ordered three times in the last few months. What was sent does not really look like the picture on the website. If the person receiving them does not see the Web picture they would think awe pretty. However getting the picture text to me of what is delivered has been disappointing. Never seems to actually look like what's suppose to be sent.
Had previously used 1-800-Flowers but the last time the item I wanted was "unavailable" and they didn't notify me so the funeral spray I ordered was never delivered. Terrible! So this time I tried "fromyouflowers.com" and was very pleased with the ease of ordering on line, timely delivery (same day!) and the follow up. I will use for all my future flower/arrangement needs.

It appears the flowers were received in great condition regardless of being shipped with UPS in a box. Upon ordering the flowers at no time was it disclosed that the flowers would be shipped via UPS in a box until confirmation of the purchase later in the day. I initially was under the impression it was being hand delivered from a local florist not shipped in a box from a remote location. I researched the website and found no information on how and where flowers would be shipped of which is misleading. This needs to be disclosed up front so buyer are aware and not mislead. Regardless the final product of flowers from what I'm told are beautiful.
