Great, quick, easy.
I picked the arrangement in most part by the adorable container it was presented in on-line. It was delivered in a plain sleeve which took me by surprise. I didn't see the disclaimer that stayed that they could use something else if not available. I guess I would have picked something different had I known. Other than that the flowers were pretty and delivered the same day I ordered them. Smile!
Each category has a few hundred options, with many being in multiple categories. Makes selection tricky because you end up going between 3 categories and seeing the same stuff and you don't want to click next a million times.
On the other hand, I've ordered from here before and the quality was beautiful. Other than the navigation, I prefer this site for flower delivery :)

I placed two orders.
One was delivered late, one was delivered with a substitution. It isn't a major issue on that level, but given that the issues in both cases were lack of availability from local flower shops - in the future, I'd be more likely to order directly from the shops local to where I wanted the flowers to go. Going through a third party adds risks I'm not certain I would take again.

Your customer services called me and left a message at 10:10 am to tell me that the flowers I ordered were not available at the florist they chose and that they needed confirmation to substitute or send to another florist. I am a business woman. I chose to use your service at the recommendation of a friend. I have always used 1800Flowers and spend roughly $1500 annually on gifts like this. Because I am in meetings most of the morning, I stepped out and phoned your customer service within a few minutes of the message and was on the automated hold for over 15min and had to hang up so I could get back to work. I tried several more times and then, once back in my office, I logged into my email to see the email message. I am appalled that a decision to use another florist that would have what I wanted was not simply made. Instead, you WAIT for me to call back? At checkout, I chose the option to guarantee delivery by noon, instead, the delivery was made after 2 pm! Unacceptable! My daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement and it looks as if they simply left the sunflowers out. There are large green spaces where they should be. So, so very disappointed. As an online service, when you realized the florist did not have what was ordered but there was another you could send the order to, it simply should have been done and delivered on time. This was a special birthday for my daughter who is far away from me. I am heartbroken. I will go back to 1800flowers.

Promotional add mentioned 20% off, which appears as a additional discount to the marked down price on the listing, but it wasn't. Also there wasn't a mention of the service/handling fee until the final check out.

I usually use this website it works great for me and they are pretty good at delivering on time
So far so good great pictures. The flowers were beautiful and looked like the pictures on the web site. The only small issue was with the delivery. The flowers were delivered to a neighbors resident and it took a bit of time for us to track them down. Otherwise it was a great experience at a difficult time.

I needed a basket quickly and discovered this site and there was a discount.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
