I found my shopping experience convenient! The website is simple and easy to use. Flower arrangements have pictures that are very similar to the product that was delivered. Prices were very reasonable! Customer service via telephone was excellent.
I did have two complaints. 1) The $14.99 handling fee came as a surprise. Only showing up AFTER the entire order had been placed and you were ready to pay seemed sneaky to me. $14.99 seems quite exorbitant to me. 2) I ordered a balloon and it was not delivered with the flowers. I called "FromYouFlowers.com" customer service. They called the florist and got the problem resolved. The balloon was delivered later that day.

One thing that I would change would be that you should have an option as to what time you will need them delivered by and a way to contact delivery person in case of a last minute thing.
Great site... Paid for expedited delivery and they arrived later than supposed to. And the case was not pink like in the picture

It was very easy to order, and the flower delivery was right on time. However the product received was not the same as indicated on the website.
Satisfied up to point where the delivery was delayed due to the un-expected early release from the hospital (delivery location) of the person to whom item was to be delivered. Delays tracking down the intended recipients were caused by the mid-afternoon delivery attempt (well within the guidelines of my order), but were further delayed by an entire DAY as the delivery driver 'ran out of delivery time for the current day.' However, despite issues, the items were fresh and much appreciated by the recipients.:-)
