Made same-day flower delivery easy, but they weren't delivered same-day. I was called and given an honest apology and an upgrade in flowers. I appreciate that, but at the same time the whole purpose for me even choosing to purchase from this website was same-day delivery. I doubt I will choose this site in the future.
Loved your products and prices. I wanted to change the size of the bouquet and I had to not only go back to the page but redo all the info I had already filled in afterward. Would have been nice to change the size and be done.
Wasn't aware of extra tax that had to be paid as I'm in the UK and prefer all prices visible at first stage.
The flowers arrived as scheduled and my mother sounded pleased with them.
$14.99 Service/ Handling charge not mentioned until check out. Not likely to recommend your website.

I think the flowers are completely lacking - they are not what was pictured, they are not even CLOSE.
I am aware some flowers may be "changed" but the whole arrangement is more greenery then flowers its just plain disappointing. I even chose the "premium" bouquet & they in my opinion are NOT premium
So not only did they NOT come when they were supposed to the bouquet "eh" at best.
Good thing the person receiving the flowers is unaware of what they were supposed to look like!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
