My order was received a full day early. This order was for a specific day, so I'm not sure why this happened. I have no complaints about the bouquet, just the delivery when I clearly indicated that I wanted a Sunday delivery.
You added a $14.99 "Service/Handling" fee at the end of the transaction. This effectively added 40% to the cost of the order. I bought the flowers anyway, and I would have done so had I known of the actual cost from the beginning. But, the practice of inserting this cost at the end (especially after some sort of smoke-and-mirrors offer of a 20% discount) is, in my opinion, a poor way to do business. I hope my delivery makes it to the recipient today, as promised. If so, then I'll consider purchasing flowers from this website again.
In addition, I paid for same-day delivery, which ought to have been Saturday. However, the flowers were not delivered until Sunday. I was not offered a refund.

The flowers died the next day. Not a good value for the price especially the $15.00 add on fee for service and handling. The handling side leaves much to be desired since I received poor quality flowers that died the next day. I won't be ordering from this site again.

My Mother loved the flowers but the picture that she sent me to show me the flowers were not as pretty as the picture displayed when I order them. I thought the flowers would have more flowers in it and they looked man handled.a little roughed up.
My only problem was I'm from the UK and there was no option to select that on my billing address
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
