For a first time customer, I feel a bigger discount/coupon would've been nice. I did not see any offers for me to click on or check out before confirming my order. May check other sites next time. I also want to add. That when ordering... the photos and prices are very deceiving. I ordered the flowers that I believe were deluxe (the middle one) and my daughter went to visit the person I sent them to and they were a lot smaller than what I expected. She took a photo of them and were not at all worth $57. I am kind of embarrassed and people who have flowers sent to others and dont' ever see them probably don't know this either. Had my daughter not seen them and taken a photo...I would never have known. They do not look at all like the picture you had that I chose from on your web site.
So far so good! Just have to see how delivery goes:)

Unfortunately I was in a hurry and did not look at all the terrible reviews of this company! I ordered from them because they could get the flowers to our friend the next day. She did not receive them and when I emailed them, they said they could not locate a florist to deliver on the promised day! That is not my problem... it's theirs! They said they would send them the next day with a note of apology and an upgraded arrangement, neither of which my friend received. Now they are trying to offer me $20 off my next order... what next order? I would never order from them again... live and learn!

Only complaint-- seemed expensive.
I wish there would be a disclaimer with the flowers/plants that are dangerous for cats. I bought the lilies and iris bouquet, for someone who just lost her husband, not knowing lilies are poisonous to cats if ingested. (She has two cats.)
Delivery was suppose to be there by noon. Didn't cine until 2:30pm. And she leaves work at 3pm. I was unhappy with the delivery but the flowers were gorgeous.
It was quite easy and there were lovely choices.
I hope that the quality of the flowers are as good as my online experience.
