Originally it was delivered the wrong date, but the person was not home, this was frustrating however the last person I spoke to at the shop was very nice and offered to make a new arrangement for the flowing day, I didn't even have to ask, so this was very much appreciated and good customer service! Mix ups happen, but nice, kind people who care about the quality of their work can make it a great experience overall, I would use this service again and have used it before without issue. I like that a person delivers it to the recipient, it makes it that much more special.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
