I ordered the premium arrangement, when sent a picture of it it looked a bit small. It's hard to tell in a phone photograph - my daughter is going to their home tonight and I'll know more. What I did see was beautiful though:-)

I had an Orchid plant sent to my wife for her birthday. It was delivered by UPS. I was not aware it would be UPS until I got the notice it was shipped. Not the personal flower delivery I was looking for. The real problem is that it was damaged in shipment. I am working to resolve the issue. I called the We Care line and was on hold for 15 min so I sent an email. We will see how this turns out.

My flowers were delivered on time, but the e-mail that I got as confirmation did not have any information regarding the person who got the flowers from the delivery service. If this were to be in the confirmation e-mail, then I would say the service is 110% great.

The flower set looked a little different from what advertised online.
You need a place to indicate requested time of delivery, i.e., we needed a late afternoon delivery.
The reason I gave two lower ratings was connected with delivery time. 1-I had written (in a blank spot) that a late afternoon delivery was wanted. Because the flower shop closed at 4:00 p.m., the flowers were actually picked up, by the one to whom they should have been delivered. The shop keeper left a door unlocked, even though the shop was closed, so they could be picked up. 2-Although the shop did not deliver the flowers, the shop has never contacted me regarding the return of the delivery fee. Such a refund would only be fair.
Shopping was easy. Waiting to see if the flowers are as pretty as the picture befor I use this sight again. My friend sent a picture of the flowers and they are beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
