The picture was very different from the actual bouquet received. The bouquet was a lot smaller, less full, and missing the colorful ribbons. Looks like a $15 bouquet you get at a market... quite dissapointed
I provided detail information for delivery and my product was left at front desk undeliverable to recipient.was supposed to be a surprise but unfortunately had to call to retrieve...unhappy with that.
Couldn't believe the flowers were delivered shortly after placing the order and my Granddaughter loved them.

It was easy to order, but very difficult to confirm where the order was; they wouldn't let me talk to local florist and when the final order was delivered, it was somewhat not as satisfying as I thought it would be. The size was much smaller than expected in the wreath and the spray was not as full as I thought the Deluxe order would be.

The flowers were delivered to my mother and they are just beautiful! This would have been my parents' 73rd wedding anniversary had my dad lived. It was a beautiful way to remember their commitment and love for one another.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
