Ordered florists choice for my Mother's birthday the day before her birthday and they were delivered on time and she was thrilled! But here's where they earned A+++++ - I emailed customer service and requested a few yellow roses be included. It looked like that email could have gone to Connecticut and the flowers were to be delivered in Cape Coral, Fla. It happened! I am a customer for life! My Mom was so pleased with hers, she told me she put their card in her wallet for future use. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Ordering from your company was good, just not happy which florist was used.
So far it was quick and easy. I recevied the orders, but the order for Jackie frazier what she got was not what I order. The flower didn't match the picture at all. I was very disspointed with that. Also she recieved her orded a day early from what I had placed. Luckly she was even there to receive the order.
My aunt was delighted by the Florist choice bouquet. What a wonderful way to celebrate a 96th Birthday!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
